Interns at Elim Group will assist with administrative tasks such as organizing documents, updating databases, and preparing meeting materials. They will also observe financial planning processes, support research projects, and help with office logistics like scheduling and correspondence. This role offers valuable exposure to wealth management and office operations in a professional financial services setting.

Interns will receive for the $1,200 stipend after the 100 hour minimum requirement is met.

Requirements

Responsibilities

▸ Assist with organizing and maintaining client documents and files
▸ Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update client databases
▸ Support the team with scheduling, email correspondence, and preparing meeting materials
▸ Draft and proofread letters, emails, and other office correspondence as needed
▸ Assist in researching financial topics, market trends, or client-related inquiries
▸ Provide administrative support for office operations, including filing, copying, and scanning documents
▸ Help prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for client meetings.
▸ Observe and learn about wealth management processes, including financial planning and investment strategies
▸ Perform other duties as assigned by the Intern Coordinator to support office operations
